As part of the evaluation team commissioned by UNDP, the task involved an independent analysis of the project, which was targeted at strengthening the conservation and sustainable use of biological and genetic resources in Malaysia through developing the national framework for implementation of Access and Benefit Sharing under the UN Convention on Biological Diversity.
The evaluation focussed on reviewing the project design, progress towards project achievements, project sustainability and impact; as well as lessons learned and future recommendations.
