We were engaged by UNDP to prepare a Strategic Plan focused on enhancing the effectiveness, efficiency and long-term sustainability of the National Conservation Trust Fund (NCTF).
The Plan outlined key steps towards advancing conservation financing in Malaysia through an innovative and inclusive conservation trust fund mechanism.
