Commissioned by the Asian Development Bank (ADB), we conducted a study to identify the progress made and challenges faced in the implementation of two BIMP-EAGA land transport MoUs.
The study examined the implementation of the MoUs within the context of ASEAN’s transport facilitation agenda with the view of enhancing BIMP-EAGA’s ability as a viable platform for fast-track implementation of relevant ASEAN initiatives.
