Feasibility Study on Project On Forest Community Conserved Areas – Livelihood Options and Co-management of Natural Resources in the Heart of Borneo

WWF-Germany engaged us to conduct the Feasibility Study.

The study assessed the feasibility of the proposed project in terms of its:

1. Relevance to address the problems identified;
2. Proposed logical framework (outcomes, outputs, indicators, assumption, risks and risk mitigation strategies);
3. Potential sustainability;
4. Synergies and complementarities;
5. Financial proposals in relation to the project activities; and
6. Project organisation, phasing, required institutional structure for project implementation.
