We were engaged by United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) as National Expert to conduct a mid-term evaluation (MTE) on the UNIDO-GEF Project on Industrial Energy Efficiency for Malaysian Manufacturing Sector.
The purpose of the MTE was to evaluate the progress towards attainment of global environmental objectives, project objectives and outcomes, capturing lessons learned and suggesting recommendations on major improvements.
