We were engaged by Asian Development Bank (ADB) to develop a project manual for Brunei-Indonesia-Malaysia-Philippines – East ASEAN Growth Area (BIMP-EAGA).
BIMP-EAGA is a subset of ASEAN. Based on Results-based Project Management approach, the Project Manual serves as a guide for the design, selection, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation of BIMP-EAGA projects. The Project Manual also provides an in-depth analysis on the national development planning process of each BIMP-EAGA member countries.
