We were engaged by WWF-Malaysia to develop a Business Plan for Tun Mustapha Park (TMP).
Managed by Sabah Parks, TMP is one of Malaysia’s Coral Tri-angle Initiative (CTI) Priority Conservation Areas. The Business Plan prioritises the park’s operational and investment needs and outlines strategies for optimising its revenue through grants, donations, user fees, taxes, and other charges.
